Today topic is: My Morning Routine
Hi, everyone! I’m Lisa!
Today, I want to share with you my morning routine — what I do when I wake up and get ready for a new day.
It’s a simple routine, but I think it can help you learn some new vocabulary and phrases in English.
Let’s get started!

I usually wake up at 6:30 in the morning when my alarm clock rings.
The first thing I do is open the curtains to let in the sunlight — it helps me feel more energetic.
Then I make my bed neatly. I think it’s a great way to start the day with a small accomplishment.
After that, I go to the restroom to brush my teeth and wash my face with cold water.
Sometimes I take a quick shower if I want to feel even more fresh and ready for the day.
I usually wash my hair a few times a week, but not every day.
When I’m finished, I get dressed in comfortable and stylish clothes — I usually choose a T-shirt and jeans.
I make sure I look tidy and presentable.
Then I move to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast.
I often make a cup of green tea or coffee and I enjoy something healthy, like yogurt with strawberries, or a piece of toast with peanut butter.
While I eat, I listen to the news or some relaxing music — this helps me ease into the day.
Before I leave the house, I pack my bag with everything I need — my wallet, phone, notebook, and other essentials.
I double-check to make sure I haven’t forgotten anything.
Then I’m ready to start my day with confidence!

That’s my morning routine!
