Our topic is “Talking About the Weather.”
In today’s episode, you will listen to a short and simple conversation between Lisa and her friend Anna. They talk about the nice sunny day and how they feel about the weather.
Today, Lisa is walking in the park on a sunny day. The weather is warm and bright. While she is enjoying the fresh air, she sees her friend Anna sitting on a bench under a big tree.
Lisa walks over to Anna, and they start talking about the beautiful weather and their plans for the day.
Let’s listen to their conversation now!

👩 Lisa: Hi Anna! Wow, what a beautiful day, isn’t it?
👩‍🦱 Anna: Hi Lisa! Yes, it’s really sunny. I looked out my window this morning and smiled. The sky is so blue!
👩 Lisa: I know! It’s been raining so much this week. I’m happy to finally see the sun.
☀️ How’s the weather in your neighborhood? The same?
👩‍🦱 Anna: Yes, it’s the same here. Bright and sunny. I think it’s around 25 degrees today.
👩 Lisa: That’s perfect weather! Not too hot, not too cold.
🌡️ Do you like warm weather or cooler weather more?
👩‍🦱 Anna: I like warm weather for sure. It makes me feel more active and happy. What about you?
👩 Lisa: Me too. Cold weather makes me want to stay in bed all day! Haha, I even wore my sunglasses today. It’s not too hot, just warm and nice.
👩‍🦱 Anna: Yeah, perfect weather to be outside. I was thinking of going for a walk.
🚶‍♀️ Do you usually go for a walk when it’s sunny?
👩 Lisa: I try to. It’s a great way to enjoy the weather. Maybe we can get some iced coffee and walk around the park?
👩‍🦱 Anna: Yes! That sounds perfect. ☕ Let’s sit on a bench and enjoy the sunshine. The sun feels so good on the skin, doesn’t it?
👩 Lisa: It really does. I brought a book too. We can relax a little. It’s such a peaceful day.
👩‍🦱 Anna: You’re right. It’s quiet and calm today. No wind, no rain. Just sun and blue skies.
🌬️ Do you think it’ll stay like this all day?
👩 Lisa: Hmm, I heard on the weather report that it might rain tomorrow again.
👩‍🦱 Anna: Oh no! Then we should really enjoy this weather while we can.
👩 Lisa: Exactly. Let’s make the most of today.
🌇 Sunsets are so pretty after a sunny day, don’t you think?
👩‍🦱 Anna: Totally! I hope we can catch it later. Alright, let me grab my bag and sunglasses. Let’s go!
